- Breakfast, packed lunch and a 4 course dinner is included. Tea and coffee in the afternoon and after dinner are free.
- Including VAT and excluding tourist tax (CHF 3,- a day starting at 16 years, CHF 1,50 a day for children from 6-15 years). For babies till 1 year old, we charge CHF 20 per stay for babybett and linnen.
- Reduced prices for children only apply when sleeping at a family room with one or more adults

Cancellation conditions
In case you need to cancel your already booked holiday, the following conditions apply:
- If you cancell we charge CHF 50,- per room for processing costs.
- When cancelling your reservation 8 to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge 50% of the reservation amount.
- When cancelling your reservation in less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, the entire reservation amount is to be payed.
- By sending this reservation, you indicate to agree with these cancellation conditions. We will confirm your reservations once final.
Therefore we recommend you to take a cancellation insurance policy. The costs are rather low and save you a lot of trouble and disappointment.
